——写在2025（第二十七届）中国国际矿业大会开幕之际

从非洲的黄金矿山到南美的铜矿腹地，从中亚的稀有金属矿区到澳大利亚的铁矿采场，全球矿业的目光再一次聚焦天津。10月23日至25日，2025（第二十七届）中国国际矿业大会如期在天津举行。

本届大会是在全球经济增速放缓、国际矿产品价格波动、地缘政治格局深刻变革的背景下召开的。在全球矿业面临转型与挑战的当下，中国国际矿业大会不仅为行业搭建了交流合作的平台，更为观察全球矿业走势提供了重要窗口。

这将是一场规模空前、亮点纷呈的盛会——

作为全球矿业领域最具影响力的大会之一，本届大会以“互融互通，共建共享”为主题，刷新了创办以来的规模纪录，首次启用天津梅江会展中心全部展厅，总展览面积超过5万平方米，吸引了27个国家和地区的近500家国内外企业报名参展。展览内容涵盖矿业全产业链条，从重型机械设备及配套零配件，到矿山建设一体化与智能化解决方案；从钻探设备、分析检测仪器，到采选冶设备及配件，再到选矿药剂等关键耗材。

首次设立的“矿业权转让大市场”成为本届大会引人瞩目的一大亮点。主办方从数百个报名项目中筛选出200个涉及10余个国家的寻求转让项目进行公开展示，并从中精选出近20个项目举行现场拍卖活动。专场拍卖还创造性设置“后核查规则”，旨在消除以往类似交易活动中因对项目质量不托底而给竞买人造成的困扰。这一创新机制为矿业权交易提供了新的范本，有望推动全球矿业权交易市场的规范化与透明化发展。

The 2025 (27th) China Mining Conference and Exhibition will be held as scheduled in Tianjin from October 23rd to 25th, 2025.

This Conference takes place against the backdrop of slowing global economic growth, fluctuating international mineral prices, and profound geopolitical transformations. At a juncture when the global mining industry is facing transformation and challenges, the China Mining Conference and Exhibition serves not only as a pivotal platform for industry exchange and collaboration, but also as a crucial observatory for global mining trends.

This will be an unprecedented gathering, rich in highlights——

As one of the most influential events in the global mining sector, this Conference, under the theme of “Integration and Connectivity, Joint Construction and Sharing”has surpassed its previous scale records. For the first time, all exhibition halls of the Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center have been utilized, with a total exhibition area exceeding 50,000 square meters, attracting nearly 500 domestic and international enterprises from 27 countries and regions to participate. The exhibition covers the entire mining industry chain—from heavy machinery and supporting components to integrated and intelligent mine construction solutions; from drilling equipment and analytical testing instruments to mining, beneficiation, and smelting equipment and accessories, as well as key consumables like mineral processing reagents.

Compared with previous editions, this Conference closely follows industry trends by introducing several distinctive thematic zones. These zones—covering mining companies, investment, legal and consulting services, and technical support, along with a smart mine scenario application display area—will provide a more diversified platform for global mining professionals.

A major highlight is the newly established “Mining Rights Transfer Market”.From hundreds of applications, the organizers have selected 200 projects from over ten countries for public display, with nearly 20 of these projects to be auctioned on-site. The auction also innovatively adopts a “post-verification rule” designed to address past concerns among bidders about project quality in similar transactions. This innovative mechanism sets a new benchmark for mining rights trading and is expected to promote the standardization and transparency of the global mining rights market.
